1 c. peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
1 c. sugar and a little extra to roll the cookies in
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all three ingredients together. Roll into 1" balls then roll in extra sugar to coat dough. Place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Place crisscross marks with a fork to flatten dough.
Bake at 375 for 10 to 12 minutes or until the cookie edges turn slightly brown.
