Pork roast chicken broth 16 oz. jar salsa 2 cups brown sugar
Put pork roast in crockpot sprayed with Pam. Fill crockpot to 1/2 way up to the roast with chicken broth. Cook on high for 3 hours. Pour off and strain broth. Save to use when making Lime Cilantro Rice. Shred roast in crockpot and then add one 16 oz. jar of salsa, 2 cups brown sugar, and one can of Coke. Cook on high for 3 more hours. Serve in tortillas or over steamed rice.
