8 slices bacon, diced and fried
2 TB flour
1/4 cup vinegar
3/4 cup water
2 TB sugar
2 TB cream
1 large onion
Salt and pepper to taste
4 cups cooked potatoes, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Fry the bacon and then add the flour, vinegar, water, sugar, and cream. Mix thoroughly. Add the cream and blend.
Pour the sauce over the warm, sliced, cooked potatoes.
Serves about 6.
