2 c. lukewarm water 1 pkg. dry yeast 3/4 stick margarine 1 egg, beaten 1/3 c. sugar 4 c. self-rising flour
Mix all ingredients together and store in refrigerator. When ready to use, spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Do not let rise before baking! Bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes. Batter will keep for several days in refrigerator.
