1 pk yellow cake mix
2 sticks butter melted (divided in half)
3 eggs
1/4 c pecans
1/2 box confectioners sugar
1-8oz pk cream cheese
1 can peaches 14oz (will use most of juice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix with 1 stick of butter and 1 egg. Pat into a 9x13 inch baking dish and then sprinkle nuts on and press in. Mix all remaining ingredients and pour on top of cake crust. Bake in oven at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
