1 egg
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. salad oil (vegitable oil)
1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. surger
2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1c. fresh blueberries or 3/4 c. well drained frozen blueberries (thawed into batter)

Directions:
Directions:
heat oven to 400. grease bottoms of 12 medium muffin cups (2 3/4 inch in diameter). beat egg; stire in milk and oil. mix in remaining ingrediants just until flour is moistened. batter should be lumpy.
fill muffin cups 2/3 full. bake 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. imediatly remove from pan.
