Ingredients:  
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 small to medium onion, chopped
1 carrot, chopped
1 stalk celery, chopped
2 cups broth
2 cups tomato sauce
1 T. basil
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables until almost transparent. Add broth and tomato sauce and seasonings. Simmer slowly for at least 2 hours. Serve over 12 to 16 oz. of pasta.
