11 lbs. ground meat
1 egg
1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and onions
1 c. shredded mozzarella or Provolone cheese
1 lg. jar tomato sauce
1 lg. zucchini, peeled

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meat, egg and tomatoes; season. Cut zucchini down middle longways; cut and scoop out seeds. Place in 9x13 pan or roasting dish. Stuff with ground meat mixture; cover with tomato sauce. Cover with foil or lid. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Remove foil or lid and sprinkle cheese on top and bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
