1 lb. bacon
8 oz. can crescent rolls
12 oz. hash browns
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
7 eggs
1/3 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Fry bacon in skillet until crisp. Remove from skillet and drain on towels. Unroll dough and press onto ungreased pan. Layer hash browns, bacon and cheese on top. Mix eggs, milk, salt and pepper. Pour evenly over casserole. Bake for 30 minutes until golden brown.
