1 1/2 c. crushed Graham Cracker crumbs
1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
12 oz. Cool Whip
2 sm. pkgs. chocolate pudding mix
3 1/2 c. milk
chocolate bar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and butter; place in 13x9 dish and bake at 375 for 8 minutes. Cool in refrigerator. In another bowl, combine cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 2 tablespoons milk, 4 ounces Cool Whip; spread on top of cooled crust. In another bowl, combine pudding mix and milk; carfeully spread on top and refrigerate overnight. Top with Cool Whip. Shred chocolate bar with cheese grater and sprinkle on top.
