1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1 qt. whole milk
1 lb. elbow macaroni
2 c. Quattro Fromage (4-cheese mixture of Asiago, Provolone, Fontina and Gruyere cheeses)

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare the macaroni according to package. Make a roux with flour and butter over low heat (cook until bubbled for two minutes). Bring milk to simmer and work in roux. Add cheese and salt to taste. Pour over macaroni and heat through in a moderate oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
