1 can crushed pineapple 2 T. corn starch 1 c. sugar ¼ c. water 2 eggs cinnamon
Mix cornstarch and sugar in pan. Heat on stove – cornstarch, sugar, pineapple and water; heat to boil. Beat 2 eggs until frothy with an electirc mixer. Add heated mixture to eggs. Stir until mixed well. Sprinkle cinnamon on top of mix and bake 1/2 hour at 350º.
