1 cup whole milk
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup sugar
3 TB butter
1 pkg dry yeast
1/4 cup warm water
1 tsp sugar
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the milk, salt, sugar and butter and cook until warm. Beat the 3 eggs and add to milk mixture. Add the flour. Mix and knead. Place the dough in a greased large bowl and grease top and cover. Let rise overnight. When ready to use, divide the dough into 3 sections and roll into large balls. Roll each ball into a flat circle and spread with soft butter. Cut into quarters and then each quarter into 3 triangles. Roll each triangle into a crescent. Dip in melted butter and place on baking sheet. Allow to rise.
Bake at 425 for 10 minutes.
