3/4 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp sugar
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups whole milk
3 tsp melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Place buttered muffin tins in hot oven and heat until they are sizzling hot. Beat eggs until frothy. Add salt, sugar, flour and half the milk. Beat until smooth. Then add the remaining milk and melted butter. Avoid beating. Batter should be thin. Pour batter into smoking hot muffin tins, filling each about half full. Bake at 475 15 minutes and then turn oven down to 350 for 30 minutes. DO NOT OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING BAKING!

These are wonderful! Popovers are best served right out of the oven, hot, and with butter and jam.
