1 c. margarine
1 c. water
4 T. cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
In saucepan melt butter, water and cocoa. Remove from heat and let cool. Cream eggs and sugar. Add *buttermilk, and vanilla. Add flour and soda. Add cooled cocoa mixture and mix well. Bake in a greased jelly-roll pan (13X17") at 375 degrees for 20 minutes.
For high altitude add additional 1/2 cup flour.
*Can use powdered buttermilk, adding the powder with the dry ingredients and 1/2 cup water.
