2 - 6 oz. cans solid white tuna in water
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 small stalk celery, finely chopped
2 T. red onion
2 T. pickles, minced
1/8 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Drain the tuna and shred until the texture is fine and even. Transfer the tuna to a medium bowl and mix in lemon juice, salt, pepper, celery, onion, pickles, garlic until blended. Fold in mayonnaise and mustard until tuna is moistened. Cover and refrigerate up to three days.
