1 C shortening
2 C sugar
4 eggs - blend thoroughly
2 C boiling water
1 quart buttermilk
5 C flour
5 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
3 C All Bran cereal
2 C 40% Branflakes
1 C (or less) golden raisins (can add any dried fruit)

Directions:
Directions:
slight cream together shortening and sugar. add all other ingredients and mix together. Place in air tight container in fridge. When ready to bake, place 3/4's full amount in muffin cups.
Bake 400F 20 mins
