1 C shortening 2 C sugar 4 eggs - blend thoroughly 2 C boiling water 1 quart buttermilk 5 C flour 5 tsp baking soda 1 tsp salt 3 C All Bran cereal 2 C 40% Branflakes 1 C (or less) golden raisins (can add any dried fruit)
slight cream together shortening and sugar. add all other ingredients and mix together. Place in air tight container in fridge. When ready to bake, place 3/4's full amount in muffin cups. Bake 400ºF 20 mins
