32 strawberries
12 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 T. grated dark chocolate

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the tops off the strawberries. Cut into four wedges without cutting thru to the bottom of the berry. Fan slightly to "open" the berry.

Beat cream cheese, sugar and almond extract until smooth. Place in pastry or ziploc bag. Pipe filling into strawberries. Garnish tops with grated chocolate. Refrigerate until serving time.
