6 - 8 Granny Smith Apples
1 Can crushed Pineapple
1TBSP Flour
1 Egg, beaten
1/2 C Sugar
1 (8 oz) package cool whip
1/2 C salted, dry roasted peanuts chopped small

Directions:
Directions:
In a saucepan, mix pineapple, flour, egg and sugar. Cook until creamy. stir often. Let cool. Once cool, mix with diced apples. Add cool whip & peanuts. Mix and serve.
