1 cup butter
2 cups packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 250. Put popcorn in a 17X12X2 roasting pan. Set aside. Melt butter and add brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Stir until mixture starts to boil. Remove from heat and stir in soda and vanilla. Pour over the popped corn, stirring to coat. Bake, uncovered in 250 oven for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove popcorn from oven and spread it out on a large piece of foil to cool.
