"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

1 cup light molasses 3/4 cup granulated sugar Little water Butter the size of a walnut
5 quarts of lightly salted popcorn
Add the molasses, sugar, water and butter to a cooking pan on the stove and cook until "hard ball" stage. Pour over the popped corn and with your hands nice and buttery, form into popcorn balls. Be careful! The mixture is hot.
This is our favorite family popcorn ball recipe. I love it!
