1/2 stick butter
2 Tbsp onion
1 box Jiffy corn meal muffin mix
1 can cream corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 cup sour cream
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter. Combine with all ingredients, except cheese. Pour into 9x13 pan and top with cheese. Bake 30-45 minutes or until golden brown.
