1-2 bunches broccoli, chopped
1 head cauliflower, chopped
1 pound bacon, fried and crumbled (pre-cooked works great here)
1 (8 oz) pkg cheddar cheese, shredded

Dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
dash of salt
1 cup raisins (optional)

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and pour dressing on right before serving.

This is my favorite recipe to make ahead of time (dressing and all) and have it ready. It tastes really good if the dressing and salad are cool when served.
