1 box of Pistachio Instant Pudding 3/4 cup milk 1 can (8 ounces) crushed pineapple 1 cup Cool Whip 1 cup mini marshmallows
Drain the pineapple and keep the juice. Mix pudding with milk and pineapple juice. Let set until firm then add pineapple, Cool Whip, and mini marshmallows. Stir until all ingredients are mixed together. Put it in the refrigerator for about 1/2 hour. This is great as a side dish or a dessert. About 6 servings.
