1 can of cream corn
1 can of whole corn
1 stick of butter (melted)
8 ounces sour cream
2 eggs
1 package of Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Beat eggs. Add melted, cooled butter. Stir in sour cream, corn and Jiffy mix. Bake 1 hour in a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish.
