3 large or 7 medium potatoes
1/4 cup butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
3 T chopped green onions
2 cups sour cream
1&1/2 c shredded medium sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick melted butter
2 cups crushed corn flakes
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and cut potatoes in large chunks. Boil until tender. Cool completely and then grate and put in a bowl. In a sauce pan, heat soup, 1/4 c butter, green onion, sour cream and shredded cheese and salt & pepper. Pour over potatoes and mix well. Put into a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix melted butter and corn flakes and put on top. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until browned.
