1 lb. ground beef
1 med onion
minced garlic
4 oz mushrooms, chopped
1 package taco seasoning
salt and pepper
14 oz can diced tomatoes
8 oz can of tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and add onion, minced garlic and mushrooms. Cook until onions are cooked. Add 1 package taco seasoning and salt and pepper. Stir in can of diced and undrained tomatoes and can of tomato sauce. Heat for 10 minutes, remove from heat.

Stir in 1 4 oz bag of cheese flavored nacho chips. mix until chips are coated with sauce.

Spoon into baking dish, sprinkle with 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and 1 - 3 oz French fried onions.

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes until browned.
