1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
2 T. butter
cinnamon
sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Put butter in pie dish and put in oven until butter is melted. Mix flour, milk, vanilla and eggs. Pour into middle of pie dish over the butter. Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar over top. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Serve immediately and yell "PANNAKOEKEN!" as you are walking to the table.
