3 medium baking potatoes scrubbed
1&1/2 cups herb stuffing mix crushed
1 t Italian seasoning
1 t rosemary leaves
1 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/2 cup butter melted

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes lengthwise into 8 equal wedges. In a shallow dish combine stuffing mix and spices mixed. Melt the butter and dip each wedge into the butter and then coat with seasonings. Place on a greased baking sheet and pour remaining butter around the sides. Bake at 400 for 30 to 40 minutes or until fork tender. Serve hot as a side with steak or chicken.
