1 lb Jimmy Dean regular ground sausage
1 lb Jimmy Dean hot ground sausage
6 cups Bisquick
8 cups grated sharp cheddar

Directions:
Directions:

Preheat oven to 375. Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.

Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Mix well with your fingers. The mixture will be very crumbly. Form into 1-inch balls, squeezing the mixture so it holds together, then roll between your palms to form balls.

Place the balls on a baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
