1 1/2 lbs hamburger
2 large onions, chopped
4 TB butter
1 cup chili sauce
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp soda
1 TB sugar
1 dash garlic salt
1/4 tsp cloves
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg

1 cup grated cheese

Directions:

Brown meat and onions in butter. Stir in all other ingredients.
Simmer over low heat for about an hour then serve over cooked spaghetti. Sprinkle each serving with cheese.
Serves 10 people.

I remember having this quick spaghetti sauce a lot when I was growing-up on the farm. It is delicious and does not have the usual Italian seasonings.
