2 lb ground beef
2 cups soft bread crumbs
2 pkg cream cheese (3 oz.each)
1/4 cup dry onion soup mix
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
2 1/2 cups milk
2 TB all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, bread crumbs, cheese, soup mix, salt, nutmeg, and 1/2 cup milk. Shape into about 10 small balls. Brown. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Remove meat and drain-off fat, leaving 1/4 cup in the pan. Blend flour into fat and stir in remaining milk. Cook and stir until bubbly. Return meatballs to skillet. Cover and simmer.
Serve with cooked noodles.
