2 c. mashed sweet potatoes
2 eggs
6 T. margarine
1/2 t. cinnamon
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 t. nutmeg (optional)

Optional Toppings:
Use #1, #2 or #3

3/4 c. crushed corn flakes
4 T. melted margarine
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts
1/2 c. brown sugar
Mix together and spread over potato mixture.

1/2 c. light brown sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
4 T. soft margarine
1/2 c. chopped pecans
Mix together and spread over potato mixture.

1 c. marshmallows

Cook sweet potatoes in skins in boiling water until tender. Cool and remove skins. Mash potatoes and mix with other ingredients. Bake in a greased casserole dish for 20 minutes at 350. Add topping #1, #2 or #3 and bake an additional 10 minutes.
