3 eggs
1 1/2 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 c. flour
1 t. salt
1 t. baking soda
2 t. vanilla extract
3 c. peeled, chopped apples
1 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
GLAZE:
1 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. milk
1 stick butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease bundt pan. Mix eggs, sugar, oil and blend well. Add flour, salt, baking soda and mix well. Add vanilla, apples and pecans. Bake 1 hour. Glaze: Combine ingredients and cook on low until carmelized (2 1/2 minutes). Pour mixture over hot cake while still in pan. Cool cake completely in pan. Flip over onto plate to serve.
