1 pkg. refrigerated butterflake rolls 3/4 cup small cooked shrimp 1 egg 1/2 cup whipping cream (half n half) green onion salt 1/4 tsp. dill weed 1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper 1/2 cup jack cheese
Grease muffin tins. Put 1 roll into each muffin tin and smash down to form a bowl. Beat egg, cream, onion, salt, dill and cayenne until blended. Place 2 Tbsp. mixture into each shell then add a few shrimp in each bowl. Sprinkle cheese over the top.
