6 skinless/boneless chicken breasts, pounded thin
2 T. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. Marsala cooking wine
1 c. chicken broth
1-2 boxes mushrooms, sliced
1-2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 450. Place thinned chicken breasts in plastic bag with flour; shake until coated. Melt butter; fry chicken until golden brown (save drippings). Place chicken in 9x13 dish. Saute mushrooms in butter mixture. Add wine and chicken broth until warm. Pour over chicken; sprinkle with Parmesan, salt and pepper. Bake 10-15 minutes, uncovered, until broth boils. Sprinkle with mozzarella before serving.
