Greek Pasta Salad Recipe

1 box pasta ruffles
10 oz. fresh spinach, rinsed, coarsely chopped
1/2 lb. feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 T. chopped fresh basil
or 1/2 t. dried basil.
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1 T. wine vinegar
1/4 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper

In large pot of salted boiling water, cook pasta. Drain and cool immediately by rinsing in cold water, then drain again. In large bowl mix together all remaining pasta and toss. Best served at room temperature.
