1/4 cup margarine or butter, melted
1/3 cup all purpose flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 egg, beaten
1/4 cup milk
24 saltine cracker, finely crushed
3 to 3 1/2 lbs. chicken pieces

Preheat oven to 375 . Place margarine in a 15"x10.5"x1" baking pan and set aside. Combine flour, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Combine egg and milk in a separate bowl. Roll chicken pieces in flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and roll in cracker crumbs. Place coated chicken in baking pan. Bake for 30 minutes and then turn over pieces. Continue baking for an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.
