1 beaten egg 3 T. milk 1 c. crushed saltines (1 row from box) 1 t. dried thyme 1/2 t. paprika 1/8 t. pepper 2-2 1/2 lbs. meaty chicken pieces 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
Smash crackers in Ziploc bag and add dried spices. Mix egg and milk together. Dip chicken in egg then shake into the bag and place chicken in a greased 9x13 pan. Drizzle chicken with melted butter. Bake at 375º for 45-55 minutes (boneless chicken only 30 minutes).
