1 beaten egg
3 T. milk
1 c. crushed saltines (1 row from box)
1 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. paprika
1/8 t. pepper
2-2 1/2 lbs. meaty chicken pieces
2 T. butter or margarine, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Smash crackers in Ziploc bag and add dried spices. Mix egg and milk together. Dip chicken in egg then shake into the bag and place chicken in a greased 9x13 pan. Drizzle chicken with melted butter. Bake at 375 for 45-55 minutes (boneless chicken only 30 minutes).
