1 cup butter
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup white sugar
1 cup powdered sugar
2 large eggs
4 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla

1/2 cup white sugar
1 TB cinnamon

Combine butter, oil, and sugars. Add the eggs and mix.
Add the dry ingredients. Mix all together.
In a small bowl, combine the 1/2 cup sugar with the cinnamon. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar-cinnamon mixture. Place on balls 3 inches apart on a greased baking sheet.
Bake at 375 for about 12 minutes or until cookies are brown.
Cool and enjoy!
