1 lb lean hamburger
1 medium onion, diced
1 egg
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 cup raw Minute Rice
1/2 cup milk
4-5 large bell peppers, cleaned and the top removed
1 can Cream of Tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
Fill each pepper to the top with the meat mixture.
Place the peppers in a baking dish.
Cover with tomato soup.
Bake at 400 for about 1 hour or until brown and bubbly.
