1 lb. ground turkey, browned
1 large onion, chopped
1 - 14 1/2 oz. can tomatoes
1 - 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 cup water
1 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. oregano
Dash of garlic powder
Salt to taste

Drain turkey after browning. Add the remaining ingredients.

In a large bowl mix together 2 and 2/3 cup cottage cheese, 4 oz. Parmesan cheese, 1 tsp. oregano, and 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes.

Spray a 9" x 13" baking pan. Open an 8 oz. box of lasagna noodles. Layer the ingredients as follows: 1/2 meat sauce, 1/2 noodles, all of the cottage cheese mixture, 1/2 noodles, remaining meat sauce. Top with an 8 oz. pkg. of shredded mozzarella cheese. Bake covered at 350 for one hour. Remove the covering and bake an additional 15 minutes. Let set a few minutes before cutting.
