Directions:
Directions:
Warm milk in microwave till steams up side of bowl. Do not boil. Want it at 185 degrees. About 20-25 minutes
Put warm milk in another bowl to cool to 105-115 degree. Should be able to put index finger in for 20 seconds.
Put starter yogurt in small bowl, add some of heated milk and stir until well blended
Return mixture to large bowl of milk 1/3 at a time. Stir and blend well after each addition.
After all blended, cover bowl with a heavy bath towel and place on heating pad set on low for 6-8 hours or overnight.
When set cover bowl with lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. A little liquid will rise to top, you can pour off or mix in. They say that it has vitamins in it.

If thicker yogurt is desired put chilled yogurt into a muslin bag or cheese cloth and suspend over sink and drain.
