3 eggs
1/3 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. vanilla
3 lbs. canned yams/sweet potatoes
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup melted butter

Topping:
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/3 cup flour
1/3 cup butter

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 9X13 pan. Mash potatoes or yams. Beat eggs in a bowl and then stir in the mashed yams (sweet potatoes) until well blended. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly in the dish.

Topping:
Mix sugar with flour, work in the butter with a fork. Add nuts a little at a time, until well blended. Sprinkle over the potato mixture.
Bake at 350 for 50 mins. or until bubbling and brown. Let cool a few minutes before serving.
