1 loaf frozen Bread Dough, thawed
Non-Stick Spray
2 pkg Frozen Spinach
Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Black Olives, diced
Mushrooms, sliced
Salt, Pepper, Parsley
Garlic Salt, Oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the spinach until it is just done and drain well. Roll the bread dough into a rectangle on a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with a non-stick spray. In the center of the dough, begin layering all the ingredients beginning and ending with cheese. Fold up the sides and seal the ends of the loaf. Brush the loaf with oil or spray with non-stick spray. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Remove the bread from the oven, roll the loaf over on its top, and place it back in the oven for 10 minutes to brown the bottom.
