1&1/2 to 2 lb Ground Beef
1 Jalapeno pepper chopped
1 can taco sauce
1 cup cheddar cheese
1 can tomato sauce (divided)
2 T Worchestershire Sauce (divided)
1/3 cup seasoned Bread Crumbs
1/2 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1/2 t Oregano
Parmesan Cheese to top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients reserving half the tomato sauce, 1 T worchestershire sauce and the parmesan cheese. Make into an oval loaf in a baking dish or pan. Mix remaining tomato sauce and worchestershire sauce and pour over the top of loaf. Sprinkle parmesan on this and bake at 350 for about 45 minutes.
