1/2 c butter (unsalted)
1 clove minced garlic
1 1/2 lbs mushroom
2 tbsp. flour
1/3 c dry white wine
1 c artichokes
1/4 c sour cream
2 c heavy cream
1/2 c. parmesan

Directions:
Directions:
Saute mushrooms, butter and garlic remove.
Cook wine and flour and reduce
Add mushroom mix, artichokes, sour cream heavy cream and parmesan.
