2 c graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 c sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 eggs
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
1 c. whipping cream
24 oz soft cream cheese
3 tbl flour

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: mix crumbs with 1/2 c of sugar, cinnamon and melted butter. Press into spring pan and refrigerate while preparing filling.
Filling: Beat eggs, 1 c sugar until light. Add salt, cream cheese, whipping cream and flour. Beat 5 min. until smooth. Pour into crust and bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Turn off oven and open oven door-let stand 1 hour. Refrigerate 6-8 hrs. Top with fruit if wanted
