Ingredients:  
chicken breasts
1/4 stick of butte
salt tsp
pepper tsp
allspice 1-2 tsp
cinnamon 1/2-1 tsp
1/2-1 cup water
1 can tomato sauce
peas

Directions:
Directions:
Cut up chicken and saute in butter, salt, allspice, cinnamon until golden.
Add water cover and steam until almost cooked
Add tomato sauce and cook 10 min.
Add peas and cook 5-10 min.

Can be served over rice.
Option: can add cut up potatoes at beginning
