1 (29 oz.) can pumpkin 4 eggs 1 can evaporated milk 1 1/2 c. sugar 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 pkg. spice or yellow cake mix 1 c. melted butter 1 c.chopped nuts
Combine first 7 ingredients. Beat until well blended. Pour into 9x13 pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Pour melted butter over cake mix and top with nuts. Bake at 350º for 1 hour ( no longer). Serve with whipped cream!
